Clerical On Call's services are charged at a flat hourly rate in 15min increments. You can use the service on a casual, one-off, or retainer basis. A retainer is a block of time pre-purchased at a more valued rate. The time is ready for use immediately after payment and available over 30 days. We accept payment by Credit Card, Cash, Cheque and Direct Deposit. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
